Just like most autumn leaves have one side that’s more attractive, shinier, brighter, change has two sides. We get to choose the side of change upon which we’ll focus. Does the change mean we’ll have to give something up? Well that doesn’t sound like fun at all. How about looking at what we could gain? I love the autumn (even though I know it means winter’s on the way. But for now, I’m chosing to focus on the sights, sounds, and smells of autumn.
Some changes are going to happen, whether we like it or not, let’s practice acceptance and see if we can embrace the change. Grab it dance with it (like a pretty autumn leaf in the wind?)
