Seek today these things: a sign of hope, a reason to laugh, and song to sing.
That’s probably a very reliable recipe for a good day! That’s the kind of stuff we need to nourish “the part of us that doesn’t show up on the x-ray.” You know that we all have one, whether we call it our soul, our spirit, our inner light, or some other name, we all have a place inside of us that needs care.
So today, before our day gets filled with news or nonsense, let’s be sure we make “room” for these three things (and feel free to post them!)

– a reason to laugh
– a song to sing
