Whatever the uncomfortable feeling we’re experiencing is, we should remember that when we act, things change. Feelings change. Circumstances change. The longer we sit, the longer the uncomfortable feeling may last. Give it the boot by taking action. When we sit we make it last longer. Act or accept.
