NOTE: This is a post from years ago, but I love to revisit the day and remind myself that I CAN conjure up an attitude of gratitude. I hope that – no matter what kind of a Monday you’re having, that you can make the most of it!
Power is out.
Coffee (yesterday’s) is cold.
Clothes are in the washer – clean and saturated.
Rerouted twice on my drive to work.
Arrived late.
But you know what?
It really could be WAY, WAY worse. So I’m grateful to the universe today for giving me perspective, and time on my drive to conjure up an attitude of gratitude.
