Lost Isn’t Always Bad
There are beautiful places we’ll never see intentionally. There may also be important and beautiful things about ourselves that we can never fully understand until or unless we get “lost.” Those moments in our life when we feel “lost” or “hit bottom,” we may be on the path to ultimate realization and success.
We may see ourselves on that planned, comfortable, tidy (and unrealistic) path we hope our lives will take. And then we encounter a problem, a breakup, a breakdown, or some other plot twist which changes our trajectory in a way we may never have anticipated. It is in that moment of divergence that we could truly be on the verge of discovering great beauty – around us and within us. Without getting lost, our greatest joys may never be found.
“Some beautiful paths can’t be discovered without getting lost.”
