Laugh It Up Today!
Some folks have said that laughing really hard is good for our abdominal muscles. I’m not sure that laughing is as good as sit-ups, but I do know that laughing can release ‘feel-good’ hormones. Laughing is #GoodMedicine (without a co-pay!) and something we all ought to do, so let’s do it today!
