This winter was harsher than the past few winters, and I don’t think that I’m the only one ready for some change. When I found some photos and videos of my goldfish pond on my phone, they really changed how I felt.

Watching my fish swim around, see the frogs and lillies, remembering the sounds and smells, made a very positive improvement in my mood. So, I want to share them with you in hopes that they might brighten your mood, too!

My message today is just a simple, hopeful reminder to hang in there. Quitting smoking and you slipped? Don’t quit quitting. Trying to eat healthier and binged on junkfood? Don’t despair. Whatever journey you’re on, remember that it isn’t always a straight path (and it’s certainly not an easy one!) So, take a break. Take a breath. Take heart and know that change is coming.
