Do you have “refueling time” scheduled into each week? No, I don’t just mean time to rest and sleep. I mean time to stir up and refresh your spirit, soul, or whatever you call that part of you that doesn’t show up on an x-ray. Get out there (or in there?) and fill up that tank! Just resting your body isn’t enough. We need to build up emotional and maybe spiritual reserves so we can stay true to our journey.
Feel free to email, text, or message me about what activities you find that “refuel” you, please. Maybe we can list a collection of suggestions to share with others. Consider suggestions that might fit into every sort of budget, activities that take a half hour and activities that take a half day. Thanks for really thinking about this. It’s important to refuel because you’re important.
