Tomorrow Starts Today

Tomorrow Starts Today

Whether or not you reach your goal in the future depends largely upon where your head is today. If your head (heart?) is filled with doubt, fear, or worry, your future goals may be slipping away. Your trajectory depends upon your skills, tools, and talents for certain, but your mindset matters in a big way, too.

If you do find that there’s doubt in your mind about your ability to reach your goal, share your doubt with someone who cares about you. They can help you see if your doubt is reasonable (in which case we add some skills or consider an alternate path.) Much of the time our doubts are unreasonable, and looking at things through the eyes of a trusted friend can really help.

Our eventual success rests on a combination of competence and confidence. Don’t allow doubt to limit your success.

“The only limit to our realization of tomorrow will be our doubts of today.”
– Franklin D. Roosevelt
